Each month, one yard is selected as the "Yard of the Month".  You may have noticed the signs placed in the winners' yards throughout the year.  Winners receive the recognition of the association and a gift certificate from Calloways Nursery. 

 A panel of "secret" judges make their selection at the end of each month. The 1st place winner receive a $50.00 gift certificate to Calloway's Irving and gets to to display the "yard-of-the-month" sign. 2nd and 3rd place winners each receive $25.00 gift certificates.
